The initial idea for the game came from my interest in Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics, but I hated how infeasible it was to play against my friends. I've been working on Almasy Tactics for about two years and still actively developing it. It's a really unique simultaneous turn based game in which you create and control a completely customized army in a multiplayer battlefield! Skill choices are more similar to Pokemon than FFT each character only can choose a couple, but they all have very significant effects! Probably one of the most fun parts of the games are finding ridiculously broken combos - and there's a ton! From instant kills to guys that simply do nothing but run around and clutter up the battlefield with traps, there's pretty much a billion different strategies. I've had some players call it a spiritual successor to FFT and Disgaea, but I'd say that this game is much more centered around competitive play/creating teams, and very little on grinding. This allows for some out-plays, like predicting where an enemy will go, as well as shortening the typical game length (usually 5-15 minutes), since meticulously placing each character isn't happening.
